They are then secu­re­ly packa­ged and dis­patched eit­her via freight for­war­ding or par­cel ser­vice, depen­ding on size. Once your rug has been ship­ped, you will recei­ve a track­ing link informing you of the cho­sen deli­very method.


Delivery

If deli­very is hand­led by a freight car­ri­er, a ser­vice repre­sen­ta­ti­ve will cont­act you in advan­ce to sche­du­le an appoint­ment. Upon request, the rug can be pla­ced direct­ly in its inten­ded loca­ti­on and all pack­a­ging mate­ri­als remo­ved. Should you pre­fer a dis­creet deli­very, it is also pos­si­ble for the deli­very to be car­ri­ed out direct­ly by Feyyn, avo­i­ding the invol­vement of third parties.
