1. Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Feyyn Rugs by Rabbithorse UG (limited liability).
By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
We deliver free of shipping costs within Europe.
We deliver by shipping only. Self-collection of the goods is currently not possible.
We do not deliver to parcel lockers (Packstationen).
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Advance payment
If you choose advance payment, we will provide our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
SEPA direct debit
By submitting your order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date on which your account will be debited (so-called prenotification). Upon submission of the SEPA direct debit mandate, we request our bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically and your account is debited. The debit takes place before shipment of the goods. The advance notice period for informing you of the debit date (prenotification period) is 1 day.
PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your login data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is then carried out automatically by PayPal. Further instructions are provided during the ordering process.
Notice regarding the small business regulation. The prices stated are final prices plus any applicable shipping costs. In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it separately (small business status).
6. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery service as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to submit a complaint or to contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects applies.
For used goods, the following applies: if the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year from delivery of the goods may be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.
The above limitations and reductions of time limits do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents
• in the event of injury to life, body, or health
• in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or fraud
• in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on the observance of which the contracting party regularly relies (cardinal obligations)
• within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
• insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.

8. Liability
We shall be liable without limitation for claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents
• in the event of injury to life, body, or health
• in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
• in the event of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
• insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability shall be limited in amount to the foreseeable damage at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
