Whether it’s design advice, color or material selection, we assist you through every step. Our design department can also create an independent rug entirely according to your ideas and wishes, tailored to your space or spaces.
You can take full creative control or let us design your very own personal rug. No matter which path you choose, the result will be a breathtaking, one-of-a-kind piece crafted from FEYYN’s finest materials.
Process
Submit a request via the form below with all the information and wishes you have gathered for your custom rug. The form already covers some of the key questions. We may contact you if we have any further questions, and once all information has been compiled, you will receive a non-binding offer from us. Upon commissioning, we immediately begin with preparation and designing your personal rug.
Timeline
As a rule, the design phase takes 2–4 weeks. During this time, fibers and colors are sampled and the design is fine-tuned. If required, we first produce smaller samples, which take approximately 2 weeks. Once all details are approved, the design goes into production and typically arrives at your home within 4–8 weeks, depending on capacity. Your custom rug therefore takes around 12 weeks from the first sketch to delivery.
