FAQ
We ship smaller rugs (longest side <200cm) with our shipping partners DHL and DPD. All other items are delivered via a freight forwarding company, which will contact you after purchase to arrange a delivery date that suits you.
We can issue gift vouchers for you. Simply send us a request with the desired amount to request@feyyn-rugs.com and we will get back to you with further details.
For the sake of the environment, we try to keep delivery routes as short as possible and therefore currently only ship within Germany. Depending on the country and order volume, we may be able to find a solution. Simply send us an order inquiry to request@feyyn-rugs.com
We only produce the most common sizes in advance. If your desired rug is not immediately available, it will be individually made for you after your order is received. After our extensive quality control, you will usually receive it approximately 4 weeks after payment has been received.
Orders & Payment
You can pay with Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna Pay, credit card (Visa & Maestro), or via bank transfer.
As long as the order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us by email at contact@feyyn-rugs.com with your desired address change.
If this concerns the size, color, or quantity of the same design, please contact us at contact@feyyn-rugs.com. For further changes, we ask you to simply cancel the order and place a new one with your desired changes.
This is of course possible. Simply fill in all required information during checkout and follow the further instructions.
Shipping & Returns
Registered customers can use the integrated tracking function in their customer account. For guest orders, you will receive an email with a tracking link once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider.
We strive to deliver your FEYYN rug as quickly as possible. Most of our rugs are produced on demand, meaning they are made especially for you. Production time including shipping is usually 4–10 weeks. If the item is in stock, the rug will be shipped to you within the next 2 business days.
We carry out strict quality controls and inspect every rug for defects before shipping. If it does happen that we have overlooked an issue, simply contact us at reklamation@feyynrugs.com and we will take care of a replacement or refund.
We would be surprised if you did not like one of our rugs, but of course you have a 14-day worry-free return policy from the day you receive the rug. Simply send us your request to reklamation@feyyn-rugs.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
