Frequently Asked Questions

We ship smal­ler rugs (lon­gest side <200cm) with our ship­ping part­ners DHL and DPD. All other items are deli­ver­ed via a freight for­war­ding com­pa­ny, which will cont­act you after purcha­se to arran­ge a deli­very date that suits you.

We can issue gift vou­ch­ers for you. Sim­ply send us a request with the desi­red amount to request@feyyn-rugs.com and we will get back to you with fur­ther details.

For the sake of the envi­ron­ment, we try to keep deli­very rou­tes as short as pos­si­ble and the­r­e­fo­re curr­ent­ly only ship within Ger­ma­ny. Depen­ding on the coun­try and order volu­me, we may be able to find a solu­ti­on. Sim­ply send us an order inquiry to request@feyyn-rugs.com

We only pro­du­ce the most com­mon sizes in advan­ce. If your desi­red rug is not imme­dia­te­ly available, it will be indi­vi­du­al­ly made for you after your order is recei­ved. After our exten­si­ve qua­li­ty con­trol, you will usual­ly recei­ve it appro­xi­m­ate­ly 4 weeks after pay­ment has been received.

Orders & Payment

You can pay with Apple Pay, Pay­Pal, Klar­na Pay, cre­dit card (Visa & Maes­tro), or via bank transfer.

As long as the order has not yet been ship­ped, you can cont­act us by email at contact@feyyn-rugs.com with your desi­red address change.

If this con­cerns the size, color, or quan­ti­ty of the same design, plea­se cont­act us at contact@feyyn-rugs.com. For fur­ther chan­ges, we ask you to sim­ply can­cel the order and place a new one with your desi­red changes.

This is of cour­se pos­si­ble. Sim­ply fill in all requi­red infor­ma­ti­on during check­out and fol­low the fur­ther instructions.

Shipping & Returns

Regis­tered cus­to­mers can use the inte­gra­ted track­ing func­tion in their cus­to­mer account. For guest orders, you will recei­ve an email with a track­ing link once the ship­ment has been han­ded over to the ship­ping provider.

We stri­ve to deli­ver your FEYYN rug as quick­ly as pos­si­ble. Most of our rugs are pro­du­ced on demand, mea­ning they are made espe­ci­al­ly for you. Pro­duc­tion time inclu­ding ship­ping is usual­ly 4–10 weeks. If the item is in stock, the rug will be ship­ped to you within the next 2 busi­ness days.

We car­ry out strict qua­li­ty con­trols and inspect every rug for defects befo­re ship­ping. If it does hap­pen that we have over­loo­ked an issue, sim­ply cont­act us at reklamation@feyynrugs.com and we will take care of a repla­ce­ment or refund.

We would be sur­pri­sed if you did not like one of our rugs, but of cour­se you have a 14-day worry-free return poli­cy from the day you recei­ve the rug. Sim­ply send us your request to reklamation@feyyn-rugs.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
